Just realized that I'm not doing much in either department ... reading or exercise!
well ... just started playing some table tennis again, and started reading a book that I've wanted to read for YEARS - "Hitchhiker's Guide..." made it through half the book -
now I want more exercise...!
Whenever I feel like skipping exercise, I tell myself that, many years from now, I'll be glad I kept to a sensible exercise regimen. I suppose I could say the same thing about reading...
